Things do happen to a home.  Things like damage while the seller is moving out.  To avoid those problems, you need to d a final "Walk Thru" prior to closing to insure the home is in the same condition is was in when you first viewed it.

Here are some of the things you might want to check at the final walk-thru:

• Look for any damage to the home since you last saw the home.
• Make sure any repairs you have requested have been done.
• Check the fixtures and appliances to make sure they are still operating as they were a the time of your inspection.
• Check the flooring for any new damage.
