Step 2: Viewing Homes
OK, so now you know how much a lender says you can pay for a home. You know what you are looking for in a home. Now what! Now it's time to look at homes! The fun part!
Actually, it can sometimes be a lot of work - especially when you can't find the perfect home.
Here are some hints to help you find the perfect home:
Hint 1: The most important hint is to make sure that what you are looking for in a home is available in your price range. An experienced real estate professional can help you determine this.
Hint 2: Make sure you contact your real estate professional quickly when you see a home that might be of interest to you.
Hint 3: When your real estate professional tells you about a new listing, make sure you go see it quickly so you won't miss out on the perfect home.
Hint 4: Don't avoid looking at a home because the exterior isn't what you are looking for. Lack of curb appeal can sometime keep buyers from finding that perfect home...the "diamond in the rough". It might even be a great deal.
Hint: 5. When you look at a home, be sure to tell your real estate professional what you like and don't like about the home. That will help in finding your perfect home.
